Maurice is a Director and Director of Photography based in Charlotte, NC. With over a decade of experience, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from emerging brands to globally recognized names like Nike, Adidas, and McDonald’s, crafting intentional, culturally resonant stories across commercial ads, brand films, and documentary work. He is also a Part 107 certified drone pilot.

As founder of MV2 Productions, Maurice leads talented crews to bring stories to life through bold, authentic, and professional storytelling. His work has earned 10+ industry awards, a reflection of his commitment to craft and intentionality. Whether shaping a high-budget campaign or an intimate brand film, Maurice approaches each story with the same level of care: films infused with culture.

Jazzlyn Victor

Jazzlyn Victor is the Director of Operations and a producer at heart, focused on people, structure, and execution. She brings timelines, deadlines, and logistics that keep each Open in Charlotte shoot running like a professional set, while supporting on-set producing and assistant directing needs. Jazzlyn has produced across commercials, narrative projects, and documentaries.

Fitzroy is a filmmaker/photographer with a deep passion for cinema and community-building. Having run multiple companies and community-driven initiatives, he has a gift for connecting people and aligning brands with the vision. For Open in Charlotte he steps behind the stills camera, shooting the photography that comes with The Spot + Stills.
